Yeah, I read it a few days ago and was quite impressed. I compared it to the firearms web article by Private Press and much prefer the Bizzaro Games one, more comprehensive. Almost tempted me to actually allow firearms IMC. ;)

Looks pretty cool!

I looked at it a few days ago, and plan to use some of it in my d20 P.A. game.
Good to see you around. I was sad to never have gotten to see your Nightbane books, I was really looking forward to them. Any chance of seeing your Werewolf stuff in d20 form?

Wow, someone on a d20 board who remembers me from my days with Palladium Books (BTW, I'm *slowly* putting my unpublished Nightbane and Heroes Unlimited stuff on my web site, if you're interested).

As for the product's name, it is "SpirosBlaak", a setting book where lycanthropes (surprise, surprise) can be player characters and have a major role to play in the setting's development, and where black powder weapons are common. It is going to be published by Bizzaro Games.

There is also (currently) a sourcebook to follow (as soon as I get done what I'm writing now and can start working on the manuscript), as well as a generic sourcebook with some minor tie-ins to SpirosBlaak. Hopefully you guys won't be disappointed.

Yeah I remember you. Your Wormwood stuff was/is Waay cool. I'm really into d20 now, just can't seem to get into the Palladium System anymore.

Your setting looks pretty interested. Will it feature different types of Lycanthropes as PC's or mainly just variations of Werewolves.
Later,

All the lycanthropes of the MM will be available as player characters, though with a twist. There's going to be other new races as well - many of which will be a little ... odd .... when compared to the standard races of the PHB.

And glad to see that you like the Wormwood stuff. If I ever manage to find the time, I'm going to be putting more of the new stuff and the older material up on the new version of Cimmeria.

You did an excellent job on research to make them realistic. But how much did you playtest the rules? Like using a two-handed weapon such as a musket one-handed is only a -2 instead of a -4.

-2 instead of -4 because a musket may be braced and more easily steadied, even when using it one-handed, unlike a sword, axe, whatever, that has to be moved (swung, thrust, etc.) without being able to brace the awkward weight. Through the course of my research, I also came across all kinds of interesting anecdotes and stories about instances of one-handed use that, along with my personal experience with such firearms, made me decide to go with the -2.
