Hello all,
I've developed a small tool using available open source monster stats (SRD & Tomb of Beasts). Basically the webapp provides the core stats and where you might need to make a die roll, provides a button and all the calculations (ex. critical hits/misses, etc.). For example, a goblin needs to make a wisdom saving throw, just click the Wisdom stat. Another goblin needs to attack with his scimitar or short bow, another click.
It has really taken the slow, fumbling mechanics out of my combat encounters. (the players have it easy, DMs have to manage every monster!
. It works well if you open up browser tabs for each monster in your encounters. I've tried to make it compatible with mobile screens as well.
Anyway, it's a work in progress. I have a list of features to add. There are known bugs (working on them) and bugs yet to be discovered!
