Board Clock Wonky?

All the times have been messed up since we returned from this afternoon's outage - and new threads I create do not seem to show up! :confused:

Yep. I posted in the news about it, I don't know what's going on or why a "UBS device" (whatever that is) would change the server time. I'm basically going to be sitting here til they replace it typing 'date' on the server making sure it's right.
 

Chris, can you answer a question -- would the date command affect anything negatively by entering it while MySQL is running? If so, I can call the ISP and ask them to look into it.
 

I talked to them already, and no it shouldn't. I been on the server itself checking it out. Apparently when the power fails on the UBS device, it resets en world. I have NO idea why this is changing the time though. I'm keeping an eye on it though.

Note: I just changed the time by 12 hours - it thought it was 4 am in Florida, not 4 pm - which is why some posts were back in time by about 12 hours.
