BoED - Vow of Poverty

I dont see whats so far out about playing someone who has vowed to take no possessions, but hates and fears magic, Maybe like some holy zealot who feels that magic is a temptation to be resisted. Would probably be a little unbalanced hehe.

Vow of Poverty the feat isn't just the foreswearing of possession. It's a sacred vow, which grants magical powers in exchange for it. Unless you can explain how equipment that gets enhanced like magic weapons and a deflection can be Ex properties, it really doesn't make sense to stack it and Forsaker.

Well, he wouldn't use any equipment. But the forsaker can easily be redifined with a more religious aspect to allow the Vow of Poverty to work along side the Forsaker abilities. With the proper history of the character I'd allow it a sit is a good character concept.

Exactly Crothy. The forsaker, instead of just having a tribal taboo, decided to prove his worth by giving always all magical items and wealth to those that need it more than him.
