Bolstering Blood + Blood Pulse

Bolstering Blood reads "When the power you use damages a target, you deal extra psychic damage..." and Blood Pulse reads "...the target takes 1d6 damage for every square it leaves."

So does that mean that the target takes the Bolstering Blood's extra damage for every square it leaves? ...because that's a lot of damage, especially when followed up with a Thunderlance.

Bolstering Blood would have to be the cheesiest ability I have yet seen, except maybe for Seal of Binding.

It gets more silly when you apply the concept that a 4x4 gargantuan creatures leaves 16 squares when it is pushed 1 square. Or even four, if you'd rather think of it that way.

Hopefully errata is incoming.

Even without the sillyness of Blood Pulse you can do crazy things with Bolstering Blood, like use it on a persistant, mobile AoE like Stinking Cloud. 2D10 X number of enemies you can move the area onto X number of rounds.

"for every square" not "every time it leaves a square"

Powers are instantaneous unless otherwise stated. Ergo, the blood pulse damage applies for each movement effect(be that a move action, push, pull, slide, or teleport) but not for each square.

Its still very good.

Large creatures are still very screwed by blood pulse.

I dont think large creatures are screwed cause if they move, they still move theire normal movement...

If an 3x3 creature moves 3 squares he doesnt move 1 square left or right.. no.. he moves 3 squares to the right or left.. thus leaving 9 squares.. but it doesnt count 9 as his movement..
