Book Proposal

My friend and I have an idea for a book and we'd like to send a proposal to ENWorld or another e-publisher. Anyone have any recommendations as to who I should contact or who might be interested in the book.

I don't want to get too specific, but we'd like to do a semi-serious parody book for 3.5 DnD. If anyone can point me in the right direction is interested in learning more about the book, please post here or email me at goodkingjayiii@yahoo.com. Thanks

Differnet companies have different submission guidelines. EN Publishing has its own forums and might be better if you post there. Some of the PDF guys do watch here and migght see it, but I think you'd have better luck e-mailing them directly.

Correct. Some companies don't accept unsolicited submissions and most others have strict guidelines for submissions. Unsolicited submissions which don't follow a publisher's guidelines are most likely to be discarded unread (if a writer can't be bothered to follow a publisher's guidelines, they obviously 'don't play well with others' and frankly, there are plenty of good writers out there who will).

Do your homework, choose a publisher and good luck.
