Does Anyone Care? (Cosmere RPG)

Have you got any quotes re: him being mad about diversity? I'm disputing it, I'd just like to have them to hand in future, because Sanderson has an incredibly spotty history re: diversity (i.e. publicly celebrating it, but then actually do really doing anything that supports it).
Re: Sanderson on diversity.

Henry Cavill expresssed interest in playing Kaladin in the Stormlight series to Sanderson directly, who reminded Cavill that Kal was Asian. Not a small thing to turn down a Hollywood A-lister for your movie.

And no, I disagree. There needs to be a way for people to talk about what they dislike. If every post was nothing but praise for what they liked, it makes it much harder for me to sift through what I may not like. Hearing people state issues with systems or dislike is fine, its ok to say you don't like pizza. I like pizza. I wont demand the world never speak ill of pizza. :P

People need to learn that when someone dislikes something, they don't need to take that personally. It about the game, not the person who has main character syndrome and demands everyone never speak ill of their precious.
That certainly is an approach but what effect are you looking for? Most people here have no idea what Cosmere is as a game. There have been a couple of threads on it, but it's gotten almost zero traction. So I'd say that the best approach would be to talk about why it's an awesome game. What makes it exciting? Why should someone look at it?

If I were trying to sell a game, I wouldn't take the stance that it was better than a bad game like Daggerheart or D&D. If I haven't heard of a game, and the suggestion is that games I have heard of are bad, well ... that is an approach.

I do know more than the average person on Enworld, having watched the Knight's of Last Call's videos on the game, which were 8 hours of coverage. And after them, I had no reason to really be interested in the game compared to the half dozen or so really interesting games that are out this year. But I am influenced by someone being excited and telling me what's so cool about a game that I should really take it for a test drive. But I'm not sold by telling me other games are bad.

So I'd like to hear what's awesome about it if I'm going to go any further on it.

Ok, so the bonuses to rolls are far more capped than in 5e? Stat + a couple? Does the Endeavor portion have a table of suggested difficulties or the like?
While the DCs are basically DM fiat with a similar number spread to 5E, there are a couple pages of very specific example Skill tests to give someone the flavor of what they can do:

And there are some very specific examples of Expertises that get granted from aome Career Talents thwt can add a lot of character flavor:
