D&D 5E Book With Page Falling Out

As I previously mentioned I had my PHB replaced last year. They sent a FedEx guy to pick up my old book and replaced with new in less than 10 days.

Yesterday I sent them a request to replace my MM. I got a response within a couple of hours asking for photos of my MM including showing the title page (with the printing).

I sent them photos an hour and 10 minutes ago. I've since gotten two responses:

1. Cust Service is requesting a replacement
2. Replacement has been ordered

So, in less than 24 hours they have already ordered a replacement MM for me and did not ask me to ship back my old book.

That's pretty damn good customer service.

And I received my brand new MM via FedEx today.

You can also do what i do with my first PHB that started coming un glued I cut out all the pages and put them in a binder in sleeves. I bought a 2nd one need two anyways and the binder is my prefered one to use at the table. I can even pull out a page if I want to keep near me

It's not a bug -- it's a *feature*!
