Boston EN World game day on Saturday, January 29th

Ok. We should be all set to drive up to Boston. The only thing that is going to stop us is snow.

Everytime I tell someone I'm going up to the Boston area during my vacation they all ask the same thing. "This time of year?"

I figure as long as we don't have a 'Noreaster' during that weekend it shouldn't be a problem.

No problem. We should know for sure by Wednesday or Thursday. I really don't trust the weather guys any more then a day or two for the NorthEast.

Woohoo! I'm really looking forward to this. :D
Let's hope the weather forecast is a lot different for next weekend.

Will there be more details on directions coming up soom? One other thing I am thinking about is parking. I imagine I will be one of the last people to show up since I am only doing an afternoon game, so I was wondering if I will have any problems figuring out were to park. :uhoh:

Thanks,
NTZ

I'll either post directions here or email them out to everyone. If you want to mapquest it, I'm at 723 Beacon St in Newton MA, right between Chesley and Dalton streets.

Parking shouldn't be too much of a problem. I have a driveway that can hold about 10 cars, and Newton has on-street parking for free (although you may have to move your car after two hours; i'm not sure that's true for weekends or not.)

Woo hoo! This weekend I printed the first batch of full color battle maps for "The Seven Saxons."

They look awesome.

One 20x20, one 40x40 already printed-- technically, plotted, not printed. Big, poster-sized, full color babies.

Now I just have to print several 8x10 tiles, and then one 20x40 map of the "finale" and we're ready to roll!

And I'm having Destan put the finishing touches on the fluffy bits of the adventure.

Prepare yourselves!
