I've added some descriptions and moved some people around. Note that people may get shuffled from room to room depending on their needs. If anyone needs tabletop space for miniatures and the like, let me know.

Once you're on Rt 3, I'd imagine 30-45 minutes. Our exit is just on the other side of Boston.
