Well if I went to help him, I wouldn't have been able to throw a Heightened Mudball or launch a crossbow bolt with a Rune of Blasting on it!

Which was very cool. There was a lot of good stuff all around. Great visuals, clever ideas, and smart playing. I totally forgot that the hydra was supposed to spray poison five feet when it got wounded. Ah well, that's what I get for leaving the sheet at work! :D

Now the question is, how many ENWorlders actually show up on film?

Heh. Seeing as my character was trying to hogtie the hydra from the start of the fight, this is the kind of oversight we can forgive.

Mind you, I am a little dissapointed we didn't Dimension Door our "hooch barrel of blasting" intp the evil citadel. Next time.

Again, thanks for a great game!

Yes, a fine time. I never thought I'd earn the respect of a cloaker/warrior (Unearthed Arcana). Or be so excited to find a mag-light (7th Sea). Or hear my husband complain that he 'only got 17 bucks from his knocked-up crack-ho' (Pimp).

And an interesting end-note: as Zog and I were walking home, we saw flashes of light on a rooftop; two hooded figures were fencing with light sabers in the gathering dusk. V. coo'!

Game day was definately a success! Even if I was a failure as a Pimp. ;)

But the pirate game went well - everyone seemed to be having fun, even the poor Chaplain who kept missing the Big Bad Guys by 1 or 2.

Freedom City is safe, and four more super villians behind bars. And Mr Perfect has the tiniest bit of mud of his face. Poor guy... (NOT!)
I, as Rubber Band, enjoyed tossing bad guys into the Force Field of must zappyness. It was quite brutal, PirateCat seemed most upset at the way we handed his poor whittle villians. :)

Lots of fun!

I had a great time as well, Frank and Kira were great hosts. I wish I was sticking around to come to more boston gamedays (I'm moving to the west coast in a few days.) because everyone was very cool. Both the AFMBE and Deadlands games I was in were awesome.

Ao ran a great All Flesh Must Be Eaten, although I think it was little more comedic then it could have been, but when you have over a dozen fumbles in the first hour (and the fumbles just kept coming too) it's hard not to be laughing.

If anyone gets a chance and Umbran is running some Deadlands I'd tell them to sign up. He did a great job explaining the system (which is very different from D20!) and the rest of the players were amazing.

All in all, it was a great day and I am looking forward to the next EN-World Gameday I can go regardless of where i'm living.

Well, I promised comedic horror. I go with my strengths. Someday I might try to run a serious All Flesh game, but I kinda fear that idea.

Just remember to avoid the drunk canadians and all will be well.

Didn't they warn you about playing a wizard in a piratecat game? ;)

dunno about soon soon, but I'm hoping to have KahunaCon II this summer, probably around july. You can run alternity!

thanks to qualidar and Kira both for hosting and for accomadating my rugrat, and thanks to everyone in the shadowrun game for not PKing the raccoon shaman.

July 23rd or 24th would be good for me (I hope) It so tough finding the time so close to my wifes birthday & our aniversary.

I'm considering holding a Worcester Gameday in September/October myself.
