Boston ENworld Game Day–Mission Accomplished

I took 2 pictures which got most of those present (PC and a few had left). I'm afraid I was a bit unsure of procedure, and not at all aggressive about photographing. I'll try to do better next time.
I'll get this film developed tomorrow or Monday, and zap the pics over to Q. to post.

I look forward to seeing them! :)

I am concerned about that probability sinkhole you have in the guest room - you might want to get that looked at.
What, seven fumbles in a row? That was all me, baby. I was just tipping the Karmic scales. Let's just say that my players in this week's game are in for a LOT of critical punishment!! :]

More Gamedays must happen soon.

Carl

dunno about soon soon, but I'm hoping to have KahunaCon II this summer, probably around july. You can run alternity!

thanks to qualidar and Kira both for hosting and for accomadating my rugrat, and thanks to everyone in the shadowrun game for not PKing the raccoon shaman. :p

Cool! And since I've mooched and only played at the past 2 Game Days, I'll probably step up to the plate and run something next time....or maybe even 2 games. :)

Oh, and Thornir, I really apologize that nobody joined Charnoset in the transition to the spirit realm. Though the jury was out on Gospog's giant that our Runechild abandoned.

Well if I went to help him, I wouldn't have been able to throw a Heightened Mudball or launch a crossbow bolt with a Rune of Blasting on it!

Great day all around. I got to learn about the very cool Red Star setting and explore the seemingly limitless options of Arcana Unearthed. Looking forward to the next one!

I had a glorious time. Zog's Seven Seas game was an absolute hoot, in a system I'd never played before, and I was really pleased with how much fun I had running my MnM game. Great roleplaying, fun people!

No wonder I like this place.

Sorry I missed game day this time around! I'm envious!

The Overkitty and I just got back to Albany about an hour ago after our nice mini-vacation to Boston, the highlight of which was, of course, the gameday!

Thanks to our gracious hosts for setting this up, helping us find good accomodations, and not minding us hanging around and talking for quite a while afterward. We had a great time!

-I- thought the raccoon shaman was fun. Karl the street samurai had a killer headache from pounding his head (not hers) into the wall dealing with her, but such is the life. I thought the group worked really well & had all the bases covered, actually -- would be fun to try it again. I'd break out the russian accent....

(who will also get more sleep beforehand)

Yeah. I'll also extend thanks to our hosts. Was lots of fun.

And thanks to those who played in All Flesh. I had a blast running it, as usual. It didn't end where I expected it to, but went great none the less. Poor Barista. 32 points of 'friendly fire' damage was done to him by the Verizon kiosk girl with a chair and an NPC with a hunting rifle. That'll teach you to ask if the NPCs are shooting too. The zombies only got to chew 20 points out of him. Qualidar's extemely bad dice luck was so bad (for the group) I couldn't bring myself to invoke Britteny's Bad Luck.

Oh, and you thought Hooter's was bad, Thornir? You should have seen the movie theatre.

I also really enjoyed playing Deadlands. May just have to look into tracking down a copy of those books. The prospector was great. As for the climactic battle, I just got lucky on the card draw and the roll of the dice. Such a nice little pickaxe. He's still trying to figure out just how that splinter caused it all, though.

I'll make sure Poisoncraft gets inflicted on some unsuspecting gnomes.

So once again, thanks for a great gameday.
