Quadilar, I'm looking into hotel accommodations.

Do you have any recommendations?

Hi Ao-

I have looked into accomodations, but i was looking for older family members whose focus was on cleanliness and location, not price as much. If you want to do a radius search using yp.yahoo.com, our zip code is 02155, and we are very near I93 so we are convenient to places north, and cheaper, if you find one.

The closest two El Cheapo motels are Amerisuites Medford, and LaQuinta, which is probably in Somerville. Both were on Orbitz or Travelocity (i forget) for as low as $108 for a queen room and $130ish for two queen beds. Both are about 1 mile from here and easy to give directions to out of town guests. The LaQuinta is in a more sketchy part of town so might be cheaper. It is also nearer to a cheap restaurant. They both have free breakfast, i think.

If you need more info, be in touch, but hopefully that's enough info to get started.

Thank you, yttrai. I was doing some searching through AAA this morning, but was unsure of what was close or not. The only one they had listed for medford was the amerisuites, so I was searching the boston area without a clue as to what was close. That should be helpful.

The LaQuinta is in a more sketchy part of town so might be cheaper.

Sketchy as in "ugly, industrial and on the highway", not as in "it's stabbing time".

An important distinction. I don't have a problem with ugly, industrial, and on the highway.

The motel we stayed at in Attleboro was more in the 'stabbing time' kinda sketchy district. It was right next to a shady porn store and a couple blocks from the guy with the sandwich board screaming for people to repent.

Oh, and I've finished the Retail Zombies pregens way ahead of schedule. Now I've got a lot of time to see if i can attach character photographs to the sheets and see if I can get a map altered.

I've always wanted to see Boston, and I'd love to try Mutants and Masterminds... so if there's room, put me down for PCat's game at 3pm. I know I won't be able to make the early morning session, but I would be interested in something Saturday.

One question though, is if there is a hotel or something that would be nearby that I would be able to stay at.

Well...there's no guy with a sandwich board and the porn store is a couple of blocks away from that hotel, so it's a step in the right direction.

Oh, so things have improved in that area since I lived in Medford 8 years ago, huh? I always thought it was an odd spot for a hotel that didn't rent by the hour.
