Like the title asks - can't find the info.

DMG page 221. In 3.5, the enhancement bonus from a ranged weapon does not stack with the enhancement bonus from ammunition. Only the higher of the two enhancement bonuses applies.

In 3.0, they stacked, and you needed magical arrows to get past DR. In 3.5, they overlap, but the bow bestows the bonus to the arrows, so you don't need magic arrows to get past DR/magic.

I like the new ruling: Archers have several advantages already, so giving them twice the bonus is not really fair (and if you think those magical arrows were expansive - just have the cleric or arcanist cast greater magic weapon on one or two large quivers, if you're not that cleric myself. Archer clerics were really powerful back then. Not that they're weak now...)

No the arrows and bows enchantment bonus DID NOT stack in 3.0 ...
only the *bonuses* such as flaming, as mentioned above

Not so. You can see this in the 3.0 SRD or 3.0 DMG p. 177:

Bonuses of different types always stack. Identical types of bonuses do not stack.
Different named bonus types all stack, but usually a named bonus does not stack with another bonus of the same name (except for enhancement bonuses to armor and shields, enhancement bonuses to ranged weapons and their ammunition, dodge bonuses, synergy bonuses, and some circumstance bonuses).
