Brain Fluke

I have problem with final state.

Final State The target is dominated by
the brain fluke. The target spends most
of its time eating to nourish the parasite
before its spawn bursts from the brain
two weeks later, killing the host.

So when someone enters that state it means hes already dead? Or he can be cured? Is he still making Endurance chcecks?

He stops making Endurance checks.

He -can- be cured, however. This may prove difficult as he is now dominated, which means that the brain fluke determines his actions (he can only do move and basic attacks at this point) and those will -very likely- involved fighting someone attempting to cure him.

As GM I'd give the players some clues that the guy was possessed by a brain fluke. He'd act as though he had the same intelligence as the fluke, occasionally have little bits of shed fluke (you know, like how people who have tapeworms occasionally find in the loo after they go) dribble out of his nose, and other such lovely stuff.

Actually, the brain fluke can use the subject's At-Will powers, not just Basic attacks. The dominated subject's also Dazed (one action per round, no immediates, no OAs, no flanking, constantly grants Combat Advantage to anyone around).
