We'll need to cover a bit of ground here.

Do we want to include the half-dragon rules? Do we want to add a sample dragon at some age category?

References to Attack/Defense modes need to be deleted.

Psi-like Abilities (Sp): 3/day - astral projection (ancient or older), plane shift (great wyrm), psionic charm (adult or older), psionic levitate (juveline or older), psionic suggestion (very young or older), read thoughts (old or older).
The brainstealer dragon receives augmentations for its psi-like abilities normally as it ages. It prefers to broaden the potential targets first, then increase the number of potential targets, and then increase the durations of its psi-like abilities.
Psionic Powers: A brainstealer dragon manifests powers as if it were a psion with Telepathy as its primary discipline, instead of casting spells as a sorcerer.

Special Attacks: Instead of a breath weapon, a brainstealer half-dragon can use a mind blast cone once per day. This cone is 30 feet long and stuns those caught in the cone for 1d4+3 rounds. A successful Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 half-dragon’s racial HD + half-dragon’s Cha modifier) negates the stunning.

I'd recommend skipping the half-dragon and sample dragon, as we are going to be cuttting in close on the word limit.

probably true, and given the weirdness and rarity of this beast, they are probably not necessary. ;)

Nice! A disgusting and intimidating creature. They'd be even more frightful with an ethereal jaunt ability -- appearing out of nowhere and sucking out your brains... ;)

I kind of think that true dragons shouldn't be without half-dragon information, but for this guy, the chance to have half-dragon children is rather low, so it isn't needed. ;)

Well, a great wyrm with the Expanded Knowledge feat could... :] Or one that takes a few additional levels as a psion...

Cleaned-up tables are looking good. Should "DR" be changed to "damage reduction" to be truly 3.5?

But then again, the sample dragon might be a good idea. let’s keep that thought alive, and see what kind of space we have after the monster writeups are complete.
