No, I don't think there is such a situation. But we have neither a bard nor a battlemaster, so it wouldn't come up for us anyway. If we did I think this would be a less attractive proposal.

We are more concerned with magical effects stacking. We don't even have a character that can cast Bless! I only mentioned Bless because it was the first buff spell I could think of, I should have looked at equipment that stacks in the OP, but I was to lazy to look some up.
