Brutal Combonations.

Based on the crunch we have seen so far, it appears that a few very nasty combinations can be made in combat for even early level characters. The very first one would be a multiclass Fighter1/Cleric1 that combines Passing Attack and Power of Amauntor to deal double damage to two different targets 1/Encounter.

What brutal combos have you spotted so far?

Hrrm, it seems you're right! At least, it has to have the Radiant Keyword (regardless of any radiant damage present or not).

No, not at all. If the two powers are not legally combinable, then it's not a combo at all.

Yup. Judging by the latest podcast, you'll get some very specific parts of the second class's abilities. So there's a good chance there won't be any broken multiclass combinations at all.
