Click on the "user cp" button at the top of the page. Then there should be a "buddy/ignore list" link. Click that, and on your ignore list, type "hong"

why did they take the ignore button off of the posts themselves? Yeah, I found it easy enough to finally ignore hong (well, once I was forced to take someone off my list because apparently they made one of the abusive trolls I've dealt with into a mod/admin), but what justification is there for REMOVING a feature from the site design?
