Let’s just say, if the child were smart/older/precocious, and were collateral damage (or directly targeted) in a war, they might have very strong opinions about certain responsible political figures.

the hell does a dying child want a celebrity or political figure dead for? that might be the craziest part of this idea

The child might have been upset when a celebrity refused to attend his birthday or replaced his favourite character on TV or refused to be their boyfriend or released yet another terrible christmas album or made outrageous claims on syndicated news or ..
