Sound of Azure said:No. Those are specific movement modes, and would be given if the steed had them. Land speed is assumed to allow running unless stated otherwise. Other movement rates mention whether they allow the run action or not.

Sound of Azure said:Yes, you can "Run Fly", because the spell gives you a Fly speed. A Fly speed allows you to take the run action when flying, as long as you fly in a straight line. It also allows a dive attack.
It doesn't matter what gives you the fly speed, just that it is a fly speed.
