If you want Lolth's favor, you should exploit and destroy as many people as you can, as the opportunity presents itself... so I'd go with Physiker and Herzog. Get the gem from the Prince, let the brother destroy the Matron Mother, then destroy him. Then possibly see about sending an assassin to kill that prince anyway, just because he's an elf.

Kill the quest-giver first and then all the gem holders in one savage night. Take the brother is a mate to secure your rule, then execute him and install his former bodyguard as your new consort.
