Can i get peoples opinion my magic item

It's abilities aren't related to its goals. It's an anti-dragon gauntlet with no anti-dragon abilities. It's a suicide gauntlet.

It won't take very long for the Government of any medium-to-large sized city to figure out that the armor is a ticking time bomb waiting to explode all over their citizenry. It will take longer to figure out the gauntlet is connected to the armor. Then the owner is going to face overwhelming power brought to bear, to take the gauntlet away or slay you for "resisting arrest" (lots of archers and mundane weapon-wielders as backup).

Any disguised dragon living in town is going to be incensed when you show up and 'blow its cover'. And imagine if there are several (see for instance Waterdeep).

Suppose the City Guard has a strategist available:
Invite a dragon to show itself about 5 miles outside the city walls. They watch and wait while you charge out to fight it, and retrieve the gauntlet when the fight is done. The dragon gets a tasty treat (the City might supply some ketchup to sweeten the deal).

Why does the gauntlet exist? Who created it, and for what purpose?

Is it a flawed creation, abandoned by its creator but still striving to fulfill a goal it is ill suited for?

Is it intended as an indirect assassination attempt? (i.e. placing it so that it can be found near a notable NPC who happens to be a dragon)

Was it created by a dragon for the express purpose of having food and treasure delivered to them (in the form of anyone foolish enough to put on the gauntlet)?

Is it supposed to empower the wielder, or simply force them to fight dragons while giving them minor benefits? Does it granter greater benefits as the wielder slays more dragons?

If it really is supposed to "absorb the power of slain dragons in order to reach perfection" - what exactly does that mean? What is "perfection" for the guantlet? Does it gain any abilities when it "absorbs the power" of a dragon?

Others are commenting on the abilities; I'll comment on your text. You want to specify whether the abilities are at-will or per short rest or per long rest. You want to not say player but possessor or wielder or attuned as appropriate.

Compelled isn't a condition in 5E. Either use Charmed or something like 'subject to a Geas spell'.
