Exactly what is he saying you can do with a spelldancer??

The main things that are broken with the interpretation of the Spelldancer's Spelldance ability is that after a spelldance, the spells are cast as if no metamagics were applied. So you can do that 22x Empowered Bull's Strength as a 2nd (!!) level spell and that there was no restriction of upper spell level limit.
