Can SU shifters be dispelled?

A 6th or higher level shifters abilities are supernatural, can they be dispelled by using (Greater) Dispel Magic?

If so, what would the shifter use as an opposed roll? Would it be only shifter levels or would total character level be used?

The DMG Faq states that a supernatural ability's effect can be dispelled if the duration is longer than instantaneous. No duration is given for (MotW) Wild Shape or Greater Wild Shape. Should they be treated as permanant like Polymorph Other?

No.

SU effects can only be supressed by an AM field.

Yes, the effect of the shifter's supernatural wild shape ability can be dispelled; treat it as a spell with a permanent duration. Supernatural abilities have a functioning caster level equal to your hit dice, unless otherwise indicated.
