Can you price these 3 items for me?

I got some great help last week with pricing other items. I still have these 3 items left that I'm not sure what their cost would be. Could anyone help me price these please?
Skull of Singing (Volume 3) Skull sings and causes fear (not sure what radius is, any will work)
Weapon Rings One ring is worn on a finger, another ring is worn around the handle grip of a weapon. The weapon wearing the ring will appear in the hand wearing the other ring when commanded.
Boots of Varied Tracks Wearer can create tracks of any large or smaller creature.

For the first two I'd recommend just using the following from the core rules:
- Drums of Panic
- Glove of Storing

Drums of Panic work with a flavor text change for the first.

Drums of Panic: These drums are kettle drums (hemispheres about 1-1/2 feet in diameter on stands). They come in pairs and are unremarkable in appearance. If both of the pair are sounded, all creatures within 120 feet (with the exception of those within a 20-foot-radius safe zone around the drums) are affected as by a fear spell (Will DC 16 partial). Drums of panic can be used once per day.

Moderate necromancy; CL 7th; Craft Wondrous Item, fear; Price 30,000 gp;Weight 10 lb. for the pair.

[/EDIT]

I'm not so sure about the second, as it is basically giving the weapon a virtual "Returning" property.

The Drums of Panic version is perfect. Thanks.

The rings work like "returning" but it would take up a worn slot (ring) and also pretty much allow any item to have the returning property (even if it's not thrown it can still be returned to the hand).

In 3e there was an armor property callec 'Called' which would summon your suit of armor to you and don it as a standard action. It cost an extra +1 bonus. Presumably you could apply something like this to the weapon, i.e. as a standard action summon the weapon to your hand that bears the same ring. About 1000 or 2000 gp would sound about right for that.

if you assign limited range(say 1000 feet) for the rings, and they do not work if its in possesion of an other creature. I'd price them at around 5000 gp if activation if a standard action. If calling the ring is a free action i'd price them at 20000 gp. for unlimited range double the prizes

For the boots, the effect can be archived with the alterself spell. a ring wirh alterself, unlimited/permanent, would cost 2*3*2000=120000 gp.
This ring is quite a lot more usefull than a ring that allows you to leave false footprinits.
Pass without trace is alo a lvl 2 spell, thus boots of pass without trace would also cost you 12000 gp. this again is more powerfull than the desired effect. becase prising it as a 1st lvl spell would create boots with a 2000 gp value witch i think is to low: I would halve the price of 12000 gp to reflect this:
6000 gp for the boots.

Yep, range is an issue there.

Generally, the rings are weaker than gloves of storing (which are also a free action to use), because they can only be used on weapons and only to get them in hand, not put them away, so 5,000 gp would be a fair deal with a highly limited range.

So let's say 5000gp for the boots?

And for the rings (I didn't think about range)....how about a 100ft only range? Whether or not someone else has the weapon, the wearer of the ring can call the weapon to him if he's within 100ft as a free action. I'm thinking about this as a twist on the "returning" ability. Would 5000gp be appropriate for that?

Sounds reasonable. Although making the weapon rings a 'free action' gives a lot of benefit in terms of being disarmed, for example. That may increase the price, since you're effectively immune to disarming. I'd leave it as a standard action, or at least a move-equivalent action that does not provoke an AoO.

The boots seemed fairly priced.
