D&D General Canada's Contributions To D&D On Canada Day

Just thought I'd start a Canada Day thread to celebrate Canada & Canadians contributions to D&D.

The most obvious is Ed Greenwoods creation of the Forgotten Realms. I believe Chris Perkins is Canadian too?

Any others come to mind?
