Cheers mate, any requests as to what I should put up next? I think I've got the first write-up of that solar beholderkin still kicking around somewhere...

Neoweasel: Yep, it's class level, as a Cerulean One is likely to have most of his previous class levels outside of the PrC in cleric, and the SR comes from the protection of his faith and belief, and from the protection of Naskha who is, after all, the god of sorcery

Like I said; thus far, it's been a purely NPC class, and none of the Cerulean Ones they've encountered have been in combat situations, so its hard to tell if it's balanced exactly, but I don't think it's too bad as a 9th level PrC ability for a magic-specialising concept.

This is a wierd one. I've always been fascinated by the visual effect one creates by tying glowsticks to strings and whirling them about, especially when one has 4 sticks going. If you could run w/ that concept (a prc would roxor!!!11) I'd be amazed and gratified.

Wait. Class Level or Character Level?

Hm. Due to the fact that it's ChL + 10 I don't think that it would be unbalancing if it is Character Level. If I were doing something similar, I might tie it to Divine Caster level or something. It'd give a feeling of being dependant on the "favor of Naskha." Either way, it doesn't matter much.

Let's see...

Make it a light fighter-type PrC, with rogue-like BAB. Put in a Dodge bonus that increases as Class Level increases, maybe. Dependant on TWF. That sort of thing, maybe?

Well, I have indeed taken this concept and run with it Hopefully I'll be able to get the Gilameshite Flame Dancer written up fairly soon
