A Martial Arts-Rogue?

Try an ex-monk rogue!

Monk 4/Rogue 10. For feats, get Ambidexterity, Two-weapon Fighting, Quicker than the Eye, Weapon Focus: Unarmed Combat, Weapon Finesse: Unarmed Combat, Skill Focus: Bluff?

That should insure a decent number of attacks, when combined with Flurry of Blows.

Make sure you max out your Use Magic Device Skill..and look at the skills that provide Synergy bonuses (Spellcraft is one). This way you can use scrolls from both Arcane and Divine sources!

Ah, lets see... if the feats can be changed I would go with:

Feats: Weapon focus: Falchion, Weapon specialization: Falchion, Dodge, Expertise, Mobility, Combat reflexes, Expert tactician, Superior expertise, Improved crit: (falchion)

Rogue special ability: Opportunist

Equipment:
Falchion +1 (Sure Striking/Keen/Adamantine) 24,375 gps
Cloak of resistance +3 9,000 gps
Mithril Chain shirt +2, invulnerability 25,000 gps
Ring of blinking 30,000 gps
Ring Protection +2 8,000 gps
Belt of Giant strength +4 16,000 gps
Gloves of Dexterity +4 16,000 gps
Boots of speed 8,000 gps
Googles of Night 8,000 gps
Amulet of Natural armor +1 2,000 gps
Admantine Dastana 2,075 gps

148,450 gps

Use the last 1,550 gold for healing potions, masterwork potion belt ect.

This should modify your stat block as follows:

Dravyn Stark: Male Human Rog10/Ftr4; Medium Humanoid ; HD 10d6+20 (Rogue) , 4d10+8 (Fighter) ; hp 82; Init + 7; Spd 30; AC 29 (10 + 8 armor + 7 Dex + 1 natural + 2 deflection); Atk + 14 base melee, + 17 base ranged; AL CN; SV Fort + 14, Ref + 21, Will + 8; STR 13(17), DEX 20(24), CON 15, INT 16, WIS 13, CHA 11.

Melee: Falcion +17/+12/+7 (Damage: 2d4+7 + 5d6 sneak attack)
Note: you count as invisible because of blinking (+2 to hit and denies dex, 20% miss chance), can attack any creature upto a +5 damage resistance.

Notes on armor: 5/+1 damage resistance, missed 50% of the time from ring

Magic Thieves Tool set (3k, +10 to Open Locks&Disarm Traps)

Are you talkin about Tools of the Master Thief from the Quintessential Rogue? those are 4k. (i have all the rogue books, and its the only tool set that gives a +10 to both of those)

seriously got to go with spiked chain, (flanking at 10' rocks)also I think specializaiton is cool but not everything so I wouldn't go for 4 levels of fighter.

Think about this 11 levels rogue,1 level shadowdancer,2 levels fighter. Dodge, mobility, combat reflexes, EW prof spiked chain, weapon finesse spiked chain, expert tacticain, improved trip, spring attack. 2 feats level one human, 4 feats levels, 2 fighter bonus feats, 1 feat 10th level rogue.

gonna go with the spiked chain bit. i have never had a character use one in any game i have ever been part of. it should prove to be fun...

Cool, I really like the flanking at 10' bit, it allowed one of my characters to flank multiple people without having to move a square if the other party members were willing to use some decent team work. Also I've found that with combat reflexes and improved trip and the spiked chain you can have some fun v the people who move to pound on the guy killing them with sneak attacks. They move in you get AoO do a trip, they fall you get a free attack. Also check out brillaint energy weapons with your DM. They ignore armor, see if they ignore armor enhancements in his game as well. If your fighting a lot of armor users fortification can become fairly common.

Also as a side benefit 10' reach on things that ignore inanimate material can be lots of fun. I hit you though the wall/floor etc ha-ha. Ring of x-ray vision key for this tactic. Though the constant glowing thing can be a pain, so thing handy haversack or if DM allows it glove of storing I haven't checked the weights so I don't know.
