I've seen them before in the D&D Miniatures line. (I'm pretty sure I can field prepainted versions of all the minis here except for the new Dragonborn). I think they're pretty good, but I'm not the best person to ask about quality of minis - I look at the more to utility than appearance.

I read the rulebook PDF, and I had a question - what is meant by 'Move 1 tile'? I mean, where on the tile? Any legal space?

Also, what happens when you draw a monster and someone or something is standing on the spawning square?

Yes

We just placed it adjacent. Most monsters spawn on empty (new) tiles; it rarely mattered much where they were initially placed... they move before you can react.

Isn't the ranger miniature new, as well? I can't seem to find where it appeared in the previous lines, if it did.

Hmm... it might be the ranger that is new and not the dragonborn. I can't actually remember which it is!

The new monsters spawn on the piles of skeletons located on each tile.

I played it at GenCon. Really liked it, and I'd happily buy it.
