Steve,

The example stat block please?

Are you going to have C&C material at Kubla con?

Yes, there is even a playtest - well, I mean no books or nothing as they are not coming out until July/August but the book will pretty much be complete by then and awaiting a printer's slot.

What can I say. we are negotiating around the a d20 conversion that will just be a list of stats and such - an add on so to speak.

We have a great dealof faith in the Castles and Crusades game. Well, I should hope we do :p ;)

If you had a D20 conversion for this product via the web PDF, I would purchase your product. If you would like help converting to D20 I would be more than happy to asist in that matter free of charge as I want this product dearly but only in a D20 format. It took me and another gentlemen 2 months of on and off again conversion time to convert book 3 of Night Below and that was pretty straight forward conversion but with a ton of monsters. If this thing is as huge as I think it is It will take some time to get this working correctly.

If it's not D20 or easily convertable I will not buy it that much is a fact.

Ok, I think I'm missing something pretty big. Is C&C based on D20 at all?
Is it based on 1st Ed D&D?

Help please :)

I am looking forward to this product (Castle Zygag) but I thought it WAS a D20 product :heh:

Castle Zagyg is written using the Castles and Crusades rules. The Castles and Crusades rules are based on the SRD.

In sum, this means Castle Zagyg is using a unique rules set for its presentation. The reason being, Gary could not write it as a d20 product and after having read the first part I realize why.

The new rules set, Castela and Crusades is a combination and distillation of all the editions. What has happened, is using the SRD basleine, we recreated the feal and 'nature' of earlier editions without replicating them. Created a more streamlined, easier to use product.

More on this later as Steve and I have decided to create and understanding the Castles and Crusades rules write up and post it.

Look for that thread by the end of the day.
