-What are some good choices for a prime attribute? Obviously one is mandatory (class you pick) but what about the other(s)? Form what I gather Dexterity and Charisma seem to win out, because they really help in avoiding many spells (or at least save vs half)

-TWF uses DEX mod in its attack roll, NOT STR mod, correct? (unlike normal melee combat)

-What does a sleeve tangler look like?

-Why the bloody blazes is bearded axe so much more powerful than other 2H weapons?

-Why would anyone take falchion over broadsword?

-Why isn't the nine ring broadsword on the monks weapon list? (unless its not what I think it is)

-The flamberge...why is it so muchmore powerful compared to 2H sword? Seriously, it ought to have had 1d10 damage with a reach special quality or something, not a freaking +2 to damage which basically makes ita no-brainer for even non-munchkin 2H weapon fans (along with bearded axe)

Thanks

My experience was that they are all reasonable. They all come up in saves and Siege checks. C&C isn't really a game for optimizing, I would have said... just go with the character concept.

Yes, makes it quite possible to do a high dex build.

Isn't it 3d4 vs 2d6? That's better, but not so much.

Don't know about the others, I don't recall them and don't have the book myself.
