Shifting his attention back to Prixo, Alex replies, "My body will sustain itself with naught but two hours of sleep, but I too have need of traveling supplies and shall accompany you, Rikky, to the bazaar." While he stoops to gather up his raiment from House Morcane, Alex shoots a quick look at Hael. "I get the feeling that the reward offered by Mistress Morcane is outside the knowledge of the Council. A private desire of hers, perhaps one born of long hatred of House T'sarran?" Shrugging again and the set of his shoulders telling of his 30 years of age, Alex continues. "The Right of Pillage should offer those of us interested in monetary reward sufficient inclination to undertake the journey. I am told House Thendrik, in particular, has a unique and vast store of interesting magical items. One of their kin is said to be a wizard with a keen interest in collecting and archiving both tomes and magical reliquary."
Zarra hit a 25 with her Diplomacy roll, but because she's attempting to use the skill on fellow PCs, I won't dictate that anyone changes their reaction to her attempt. Of your own volition, you may chose to have your character react kindly or to interally recognize her effort. Or you may similarly chose not to react or notice at all. Lyssa, skirting up above the stone seating to purvey those unconscious, notices that the only dwarf to have been dropped by the ambermead appears to be the duergar who initially slipped in the pool of kuo-toa blood. To Lyssa's knowledge, however, duergar are purported to be immune to all poison. Likewise, nary a kuo-toa or slyth seems to have been downed by the poison.
Alex stops and frowns at Zarra. "Deceived? In what way?" His frown deepening, Alex narrows his eyes and seems to take in a better measure of Zarra. Turning to Prixo, Alex continues. "Rikky, I would hear more of her words. Will you come to the bazaar with us?"
Alex breaks his attention from Prixo to address Ardyth. "I haven't been out in the caverns of this stronghold that much, but in recent days I've been frequenting a tea house in the bazaar. Like everything else here, they're open throughout the hours of the day. It's quiet and it's out of the way, next to Scheltheck's Apothecary in the bazaar's lower cavern of the moths. If you didn't know to look for the tea house's narrow green door you might miss it, for there's no sign out front to mark its purpose. A half hour before we depart, then?"
