Father Spec's eyes light up, and his bushy caterpillar eyebrows continue to wriggle as he turns to the others and puts his fingers to his lips. He points inside the room, and then places his palm against his cheek, tilting his head so that the palm becomes a headrest.

He is exuberant at the news, and is proud at his success in not saying "someone's sleeping" aloud.

OOC: Clarification: Roscoe, Guran, and Spec (who, by merit of his posting first, became the "third") are entitled to perceive the snoring provided they roll a Perception DC 12 or higher.

Spec stays in the hallway, conscious that the light he carries may awaken the less heavy sleepers. He is wary of anyone approaching. "Be careful, chaps," he whispers. He'll follow if invited, but recognizes that he may be of most use in the corridor.

Guran left the others in the hallway for the time being. Fulgrim and Spec declined his invitation to enter the newest room, but Roscoe and Colden were still possibilities. Guran put a hand on the door's handle and depressed the latch. He pulled the door outward, opening it. The hinge creaked slightly, but not enough to disturb the room's occupants. Guran made out the bundled up sleeping forms of five creatures. Orcs, if the stench was anything to go by. A moment later, he spotted a sixth orc which sat asleep in a seated position with its back against the east wall. It appeared as though the sixth orc had been set watch duty--it was wearing boiled leather and a falchion lay across its thighs.

None of the six orcs stirred.

First Post
From the hallway, Fulgrim's eyebrows shot up. What was the chance this was a trap given the orc they had attacked earlier? Wanting to counsel caution but fearing that calling out would alert the orcs if they were, indeed, so unprepared, the mage instead prepared to cast a spell.
