The chaos dragon wyrmling will enter the arena at the north end and fly up and over the warbeast (150ft move, poor) to end up at 10N30E30Z, heading south and then will breathe a 40ft line of random energy (equal chances of all 5 types, 2d4, DC 15). While PJSlavner drums up some feats and skills, I assume the rhino finally flees the arena?

The chaos dragon has the feats Hover, Lightning Reflexes, and Wingover. It has the following maxed out skills: Escape Artist, Knowledge (History, Religion), Listen, Search, Spot, and Use Magic Device.

Round 407: The rhinoceros flees.
Round 411: The stained glass golem flees after being breathed on. The chaos dragon can breathe in round 412 and is at 30N100E30Z flying north.

A huge red lizard with five heads stomps into the arena to 25N100E and looks up. The chaos dragon is next in round 411.

No, it is round 411. Mr. Chaotica breathed in round 410, and the golem went first in round 411, fleeing. Mr. Chaotica can breathe in round 412, because the lizard does nothing, waiting to see what happens.

Round 412: Mr. Chaotica breathes 5 fire, which the lizard ignores. Mr. Chaotica can breathe again next round. Is Mr. Chaotica going to keep breathing and take the draw if the lizard resists breath, or is Mr. Chaotica going to try hand to hand to avoid the draw?

Mr. Chaotica is gonna keep breathing, but if he does damage and gets another breathe weapon in the following 2 rounds, he try confusion. He's way too small to take on a huge lizard in claw-to-maw combat, especially something with five frickin' laser-mounted heads.

Edit: Oh right, he's not really gonna damage the hydra for long. What he'll do then is use confusion and hope the hydra flees.

He has no idea that he will not damage the hydra for long, because he has not seen a hydra in his arena yet. I will take your original damaging breath for round 413.

Round 413: Mr. Chaotica breathes cold, which the lizard does not dodge (rolled 14 Ref save). The lizard takes 3 cold damage. Mr. C can breathe again in round 416.
Round 414: The lizard heals back to full HP.

Round 416: When Mr. C gets close enough to breathe the confusion gas (cone), all five readied heads breathe fire at Mr. C. Mr. C takes 33 points of fire damage. Mr. C has 18 HP remaining.
The lizard is confused (rolled 8 Will save). Mr. C can breathe again next round.

Round 417: The lizard looks at Mr. C, waiting. What does Mr. C do?

Mr. C hovers upwards and out of range of those nasty breath weapons. Nasty! He hopes the confusion still causes the hydra to flee and he awaits either that or a draw. :)

Round 418: The hydra wants to attack.
Round 419: The hydra wants to attack.
Round 420: The hydra sits.
Round 421: The hydra wants to attack.

A draw is declared after round 421. Congratulations, Mr. C, you survived against a hydra.

Round 422: A large white gorilla with four arms lopes into the arena on four limbs before standing on two legs at 60N40E.

Next in round 422 for Chaotic Evil is a dragonkin (Draconomicon).

Malfroy flaps quickly into the arena, he is a humanoid with ochre covered scales and wings that fade from orchre to gold. He has a dragon like face, with a predator like mane of hair.

He flies to 60n30e25z and prepairs to jab away with his longspear.
