A six-legged monkey with pretensile tail tumbles into the arena to 0N0E and summons some of his brethren as far away from himself and as close to the plant as possible. If they appear, they will all use enlarge and move closer to the plant in a randomized attack pattern. Please let me know if you need positions after rolling how many show up, if any show up at all.

The monkey thought his friends were just about to come out and play, but their mothers called them back home (rolled 42%)

Round 439: The plant floats up to 85N60E15Z and fires a spike, hitting (rolled 24-2=22 for long range) for 6 points of piercing and 0 points of electricity damage, because the monkey is immune to electricity. The monkey has 5 HP remaining.

OK. +6 on AC due to its Tumble skill.

Round 440: The plant fires six spikes, missing with all six (best roll 22-2=20, only roll above 13-2=11).
Time compress total defense?

Round 441: The plant hits with two spikes (natural 20, 25) for 12 points of damage. The monkey is dying. The plant is at 85N60E15Z, and has 9 HP.

Next in round 441 for Chaotic Evil is a corpse barbarian (Book of Vile Darkness). It looks like the battle is back to you, Gansk.

A zombie wearing leather armor and gripping a greateaxe in both hands moves to 75N60E. He screams in near mindless frustration at the plant and rages.

Round 442: The zombie is hit by 5 spikes for a total of 24 plus 21 electricity. He is destroyed.

Next for CE: a sea hag. (MM)
