Celestial Lords - alternate BoVD feats

Although I like what has already been proposed, here are a couple more ideas.

Dark Speech: Not entirely sure that it's needed, but what about Silver Tongue
Disciple of/Thrall to: Beloved of...

And the others...

Deformity: Blessing - complete with minor physical change.
Evil Brand: Touched
Willing Deformity: Skip it - after all, any blessings should be rewards from the celestial lords for good deeds and not something that anyone can take willingly.

hmm... silver tongue, as in silver tongued devil? nah, i don't like the implications, sounds like he'd be lying...

beloved also, that implies a lover or a dearly loved person (not necessarily a bad thing, but it's more personal than "faithful")

Ah, well that explains why it sounded so familiar when typed it. I was just to out of it to pick up the implications.

We'd have to figure a mechanic for the good version of the BoVD's "vile damage" -- would it simply be the same type of damage, but only a danger to evil creatures?

finding a replacement for Dark Speech is kinda pointless

(in my worst Geordi voice) "MAYbe not, Captain... "

We could conceivably set mechanics for a pre-Lapserian language, the language of God, the language of the very universe's creation It could be called "Blessed Speech," or simply "The Word."

Mind you, the language before the Fall is a clearly Christian idea, and may have little place in such a varied pantheon as the ones with which we play, but it is an option, and I bet we could go pretty nuts finding "good" things to do with it.

download and save this document now... i will probably have to take it down tomorrow, as it probably really shouldn't legally be here in the first place. :) we will use this to restructure the feats that we will be keeping, so we have something to work with for the celestial lords. :)

Well, I say that it depends on the feat. Sanctify Spell Would be metamagic, while something like Virtous Spell Focus should be general. All of them would have Alignment: Good as a prerequisite of course... :D
