Challenge.....Break my PC!!!!!!!

We all know it's out there, the broken stuff. You know....if you combine feat X from book A and Class Y from book B, and magic item Z from Book C you get an unstoppable broken character!!!!!!!

So what are the unstoppable combos in 3.5? I know that WotC has done a fine job of keeping things from going too crazy. But there has to be some things that slip through the cracks.

So only using WotC material tell me what they are. Give references too books and mechanics and examples of why you think they are broken.

PS. If you have a good example of some 3rd party material that is broken all to then post it

I assume you mean the Optimization Challenge board, which is for things too broken for Character Optimization.
