As everyone knows, a challenge RATING is a rough estimate of what level a party of 4 characters needs to be to fight it, give or take a couple of levels for risk. It kind of makes you wonder if the Titan and Tarrasque don't use challenge ratings, but instead are counted as their own party. I don't know...challenge level...that's kind of wierd.
