I really don't like the character flaws available in the d20 modern mutations list. So, here are a few of my own
Dependant: you have a dependant, either brother, sister, parents, whatever. 3 points
NightMares: you suffer from horrendous nightmares, that carry a hint of prophecy/foresight.

Visions: you suffer from horrendous visions that can strike at any time. These visions are always true, if not as explicit as one would want. 4 points
Skeleton in the closet: You have a dark secret that would damage your image or well-being.
3-6 points depending on the impact of the secret if it were let out
Enemy: You have gained the ire of a powerful foe. It could be anything or anyone. But this guy really has it in for you. 3-10 points depending on the foe/s
