Correct, it should have been +10 for Overhand Chop. I only added +1 when Strength bonus went to 5 instead of +2. I moved Overhand chop down with a footnote marker as it is automatic, not situational. I then added a header for the other conditions, since they are situational. It should be clearer now.

Blood of Dragons
A dragon disciple adds his level to his sorcerer levels when determining the powers gained from his bloodline. If the dragon disciple does not have levels of sorcerer, he instead gains bloodline powers of the draconic bloodline, using his dragon disciple level as his sorcerer level to determine the bonuses gained. He must choose a dragon type upon gaining his first level in this class and that type must be the same as his sorcerer type. This ability does not grant bonus spells to a sorcerer unless he possesses spell slots of an appropriate level. Such bonus spells are automatically granted if the sorcerer gains spell slots of the spell's level.

I take it to mean that she gets All Bloodline bonus feats, attributes, spells as if she is a Sorcerer of level = to DD level. If the bonus spell comes when she doesn't have the level in bard to cast it yet, it gets delayed until her spell casting level is high enough.

But respectfully, you cannot have approved her 6th level without agreeing on the DD stuff. Blood of Dragons with the Draconic Bloodline granted claws at 6th level. Or is it just the spells that you are objecting to?

Ack. Yes, the spells (and the feats using the sorcerer and dd goalposts combined) were what I noticed this time. She absolutely gets the claws. I never had a question on that one, and sorry if I made it sound that way.

On Cythera you have Power Attack -2 attack, +4 dmg. (+6 dmg w/ bite & two handed weapons).

I'm curious why bite is included in the extra damage. Also, you have normal bite damage listed at 1d6+7. Is that +7 from 1.5 Str? Unless I'm missing something else that adds I don't think bite counts as gaining 1.5 Str to dmg. unless it is your only natural attack or you are a dragon.

The feature specifically says it gets 1.5 Str bonus.

Power Attack also covers natural attacks doing 1.5 Str in its benefits.

Yeah, I read all that. But a bite doesn't get 1.5 Str damage and so wouldn't qualify for the extra Power Attack damage.

For Power Attack extra damage there are three qualifiers: two-handed weapon, one-handed weapon used with two hands, or a primary natural weapon that adds 1.5 Str damage on damage rolls.

Natural Attacks section clarifies which attacks get 1.5 damage.

Most creatures possess one or more natural attacks (attacks made without a weapon). These attacks fall into one of two categories, primary and secondary attacks. Primary attacks are made using the creature’s full base attack bonus and add the creature’s full Strength bonus on damage rolls. Secondary attacks are made using the creature’s base attack bonus –5 and add only 1/2 the creature’s Strength bonus on damage rolls. If a creature has only one natural attack, it is always made using the creature’s full base attack bonus and adds 1-1/2 times the creature’s Strength bonus on damage rolls.

The key is 'only one natural attack'. Cythera has more than one natural attack and therefore wouldn't get 1.5 Str damage on her bite.

Right . . . except the Dragon Bite feature of the Dragon Disciple states specifically that it gets 1½ times strength damage. Since the DD only gets this attack when he grows claws, I'd have to read that as being in effect even with the claw attacks.

Dragon Bite (Ex)

At 2nd level, whenever the dragon disciple uses his bloodline to grow claws, he also gains a bite attack. This is a primary natural attack that deals 1d6 points of damage (1d4 if the dragon disciple is Small), plus 1–1/2 times the dragon disciple’s Strength modifier. Upon reaching 6th level, this bite also deals 1d6 points of energy damage. The type of damage dealt is determined by the dragon disciple's bloodline.
