In England we have " cheese on toast". Debate whether both sides bread should be toasted

We have a toasted sandwich maker ( seals up the bread sides). In it goes a very strong cheddar, bread that is ~15% seeds, thinly sliced onion).

It tastes amazing ( you may dip it in ketchup).
Grilled cheese is a US term and not used here ( well unless you are American I guess).

Cheese itself is so incredibly tasty it shows god et al. does not want you to be vegan.
