Too bad there are not any good old DnD 3E games out there. Guess I will skip this GameDay.

Hey...

There are good old D&D 3e games...

Your game is full. That was the only DnD 3E game listed on the 15th that I would be interested in.

Why not run a game in the second slot? We'd appreciate your help. :)

Cthulhu's main rule difference from other d20 games is its Sanity rules, which are quickly explained and grasped. As I mentioned over on the RPG.net thread, I love havin' me some new blood in a Cthulhu game.

Excellent!

I just wanted to make certain that it wouldn't be a problem for someone to pre-gen a character for me, since I don't have the books.

I am running a regular campaign now. So no real time to create something substantial.

Adjust something from your regular campaign. You've always impressed me as someone who knows the rules very well and with the ability to whip something together. It would probably help a lot since, as you point out, there seems to be a lack of D&D stuff, especially in the second slot.

No problem. Call of Cthulhu's largely about ordinary people encountering mind-blasting things, so ignorance of the game is a plus in my book.

I should have a good variety of characters to choose from on the Gameday, or let me know if there's a particular kind of character you want to play.

Thanks,
Matt

Tomorrow may be the moment of truth for me.... the NEW musical is announced, and hopefully I'll know what the hell is happening on the 15th in terms of dance rehearsal!!!

if there's any games left open, that is...
