K Kyramus First Post Mar 11, 2003 #31 hmm the hypothesis seems fun. as a special power, I'd say maybe an alarm spell once per day. mostly centered on the rooster/hen that gets spooked and start crowing up a storm and wakes everyone up. or allow the wiz or sor to do expeditious retreat 1/day. hehe

mzsylver Explorer Jun 19, 2015 #34 How have I never seen this thread until now? My character has had a chicken for a familiar since 2nd edition. In 3rd edition, I believe she granted my character (depending on the campaign) either a +1 dodge bonus to AC or +2 Reflex saves.
