being in a largely retail environment i have started to get ready for xmas(yeah, i hate how long it hs become too, but people are already asking me for ornaments!), and it gets me to thinking...

if everyone on these boards who has gotten as much use or entertainment out of them as they would a splat book would send in their $25 for a membership, or ask for it from ma and pa, or that crazy uncle who always buys you a $55 tie you will never wear, these boards could have all the features we want, and possibly a refreshment counter!

research presented to me states that the avg. american(sorry for no polling dta on the rest of the world) spends $32 avg on 16 people.

consider all of your friends here when making those purchases these fall

Oh and here I thought this would be a comparision to the poliferation of roleplaying stuff for GenCon for the average gamer to the ploiferation of toys and stuff for Christmas. l know when I hit the exhibition hall in WI, it sure feels like Christmas

I felt that way when I hit the exhibitor's hall @ Origins. Unfortunately, I didn't have a Pouch of Infinite Money.
