He listens to Cepheus. "20 gps for a days work. Not bad. That the kind of stuff that goes on around here?"

Upon hearing the announcement, he gets up and goes over to the table with the gnome and his companions. "Bran Olvant, Treasure Hunter Extraordinaire, at your service," he says in introduction.

Delan accompanies the blond bard to the gnome's table and introduces himself. "My name is Delan Ter. I am a decent archer. I am willing to accompany you on this trip."

Cepheus sits down and motions for Bran and Delan to join him. As I said I need to pick up a package for Master Stonebender. I expect there may be some danger in this trip as the road is never dull. There is an added possibility here. I may have provoked a less than honorable Lord Guillaume recently and I fear he may try to make me disappear as he owes me some considerable amount of gold, and as I said I have raised his ire. I may just be paranoid, but I am sure you will agree it is better to part with a few gold than to part with life. I do not fear much in the city with my big friend here nearby. With my friends permission perhaps the elf here can join us as well. We should be leaving shortly, I wish to return by nightfall.

Once Arami leaves Cepheus turns to Jik'tu. I do not trust this Lord Gullaume that we will be collecting our winnings from soon. I do not think Stonebender is working for him, but the chicken Lord may set up an ambush or something. With your permission perhaps the elf could join me for the day to retrieve this box.

I didn't have to go again but some of my soldiers did so I had some late nights and 20 hour days for a week. If you don't have an horse, you can either buy one (at regular price), hire a coach for 4 persons (5 if someone sits next to the driver) at the cost of 6 gp (That's for a ride of 50 miles in one day), or rent horses, at the cost of 1 gp each per day, but you must do a deposit of half the value you can get back as soon back to Orussus. All these prices are for the Itching post just next to the RDI.[/SBLOCK]

A coach may be better as I have no idea how large this box is. If we are ready I shall go rent the coach and we can be on our way.
