City of Orussus, The Red Dragon Inn IX

A man pushes open the doors to the Red Dragon Inn. Dressed in a white shirt, brown waistcoat and trousers, he is obviosuly not of the adventuring community and looks quite out of place in the tavern.
He walks over to Joe and has a quiet word, passing a small coin purse over to him and taking a couple of pins. Heading to the noticeboard, he pins a large sign on the wall.

People of inquisitive mind and, doubtless, strong sword arm, are urgently needed to solve a heinous crime and investigate most evil banditry on the roads!
You will be well rewarded for your efforts and troubles, even despite the charge that Joe is making for me to post this.
Report to me at my shop, "Natural Remedies" in Fallon and I will explain more!

Noticing the new message on the board a feeling of excitement overcomes Dae. Joe my friend, where is this shop...Natural Remedies?
Joe looks up from the glass he was polishing. "Fallon, the note says doesn't it?"walking over to inspect the sign, "Come, I'll show you."
Heading back behind the bar, Joe unrolls a map. "We're here, in Orussus," he says, pointing to the city on the map. "Fallon's to the east, just the other side of the Kithsui Lake. It's upriver from here, but the road's pretty good. It's a long trek though, you might want some company."

Joru ghe Bana - Gnome Bard 1
A small brown figure enters the Red Dragon Inn. He immediate sets for the platform Joe's shorter clients use when they annouce themselves. Even with the platform, he is a small figure and does not readily command a presence in the room.
My name is Joru. I am a gnome and a wanderer of the world.
Immediately the small gnome begins to sing. As he sings, his voice seems to be echoed by others in the room. By the last couple of lines, Joru's voice seems to be faint while the soft voices have risen in volume as if to command the small bard. OOC: Ghost Sound
[sblock=Joru's song(Gnomish)]Yon winter's breath persues the babe
who from his mother's burrow breathes.
For all is given o'er the grave
But that which mem'ry doth retain.
Sing then oh talesinger
and Remember the Dead[/sblock]
With this the small gnome removes himself from the platfrom.

"Perhaps I should meditate, find my center better. This call to adventure, too, sits uneasily with me," he says quietly.
