To make it worth going first, each person should ante up one gold upfront, we can do that each time the pot empties...

Allright Jinx, roll with which ever dice set. Valan has out a white set and a black set. He picks out the other set and rolls for order.

[sblock=OoC] The bullitan board on the first page is not a bad idea, but from my experiences would be very little need for it, since there usually isn't a few adventures recruiting. The majority of the time, a hook drags through the RDI and has 4-6 adventurers on it by the end of it in very little time at all. That and it would be asking even more of our judge to keep track of, for the small amount of benifet.

As for the people missing the post at the beginning, C'est la vie. All we can do is give the friendly reminders and remember that some peoples character are jerks. [/sblock]

Jinx adds his gold piece to the pot, and gives the white set of dice a roll. He grimaces a tad when the dice come up with a two and a three. Still, he sounds cheerful enough when he states, "Ah, well.. just means y'all have a chance to fatten the pot a bit afore I go and take it. I hope."

Valan pauses looks around for other players. Let the game begin then. Everyone clear on the rules? Roll doubles to get the pot, roll seven ante again, each new pot starts with a ante from each. Each roll starts with a gold from the tosser. Valan puts a second gold in and,With a grin he tossed the black dice. Horde II, 4 gold in pot. (1, 4) Your roll Maladar.
