Class Abbreviation List

Quick question, mostly covered by the subject. Is there a compiled list of all of the class and prestige class abbreviations? If so, where?

For clarity, I'm referring to Barbarian=Bbn, Bard=Brd, and so on.

I'm tired of scouring my books for them. :) Thanks.

Cool, now what about the prestige classes from the *books? Do they even all have this type of abbreviation?
Not really. When you get into all the PrC's, you may as well just list the whole name.
