I don't really get what you're aiming for here. Your "character concept" seems so far outside all boundaries of the rules (vampire demilich without phylactery... yeah, right) that you could just take the "I'm awesome" class. It's got 2d12 HD each level, gets all good saves (but double-quick progression), casts as a Wizard, Cleric, Sorcerer, Druid and Psion of its level (add up spell slots, use as needed), increases an ability score by four at each level, has all skills as class skills with 16 skillpoints/level, gets a bonus feat each even level and two bonus feats each odd level, and gets variations of the Rage, Bardic Music, Uncanny Dodge, Evasion, Mettle, Familiar, Smite, Mount, Favored Enemy (all), Wildshape, Animal Companion, Sneak Attack, Divine Grace, Death Attack, High Arcana, Circle Magic class features, plus another 20 of your choice.
Or you could just play a Half-Vampire, Half-Illithid, Half-Fiend, Half-Troll, Half-Iron Golem, Ghost Demilich (without a Phylactery) Gestalt Solar Savage Progression // Wizard/Incantatrix/Archmage and call it a day.
Really. You could do that, as far as I know, given the information I have. What, specifically, do you think rules-savvy forumgoers can help you with? Because answering specific questions is much easier to do than "I want to be awesome, which class to use on a non-specified OP race in a heavily-houseruled, extremely high-power campaign with an inexperienced DM at whatever level?"
